Every third student in Latvia suffers from mobbing. But only some students seek help.
Mobbing affects the mental health of both the victim, the perpetrator, and the bystander. Use this mobile app to get professional help!
2020/2021 during the school year, the full version of the mobile app is available only in pilot schools of the social project #Neklusė:
• learn how to recognize mobbing and how to act in mobbing situations;
• get help and start a chat with a school psychologist or a helpline psychologist. The correspondence is confidential and your name and surname will not be reflected in it.
• get help and start a whatsapp correspondence with the psychologist of the Adolescent Resource Center.
• if you need help right away, call the helpline psychologist or the state police.
